Glen Iris School of Dance’s mission is to instil a love for dance in all our students and to provide them with a nurturing environment that encourages them to be their best regardless of whether that means going on to have a career in dance or simply having a lifelong appreciation for the art form.

We pride ourselves on providing the best quality of teaching in a school culture based on positivity.

Our school operates within the guidelines of the child safety standards, the safety and well being of our students is a top priority at all times

Our Teachers

The teaching staff are all committed to carefully planning and structuring classes in order to achieve the most positive outcome for everyone. In dance education, we are creating the future for Performing Arts.

Diary Dates

Term dates, exam dates, mid year gala, full school production, troupe and competition dates.

Exams

Exams are optional (but encouraged) for those in Pre Primary and above.

Class Sizes

We accommodate numbers to suit our studio spaces.

Purpose Built Studio

Purpose built studio designed with sonos sound systems and fitted with the best amenities

Uniforms

All items available from Capezio or Bloch Australia – check in store for uniform list. * WIDE pointe shoe ribbons on all flats. We also support MDM Dancewear.
